Through this program, teachers are trained to teach students life-long learning skills and increase student achievement. The program, for teachers of grades 7-12, is conducted on a school-wide basis and involves the use of specially designed, comprehensive teaching tools and strategies that are based on the dynamic relationship between how teachers teach and how students learn.

Training topics include:

Multisensory teaching
Alternative teaching strategies
Note-taking skills
Organization/time management skills
Memory skills
Listening skills
Reading in content areas
Vocabulary development
Test-taking skills
Metacognitive approaches to teaching the strategies

The program is valuable for all students, regardless of learning ability, as well as for teachers, administrators, and academic institutions as a whole.

This is a program that works.
