We are Gayle
Smith and Don Smith, teachers who realize that students in traditional
academic settings are not receiving the tools they need to succeed,
achieve, and continue to progress throughout their lives. After
extensive research and examination, we created the Schoolwide
Study Skills Program, a model designed to teach students the basic
skills necessary so they may better consume, process, and understand
information, allowing them to become lifelong learners.
We have trained
teachers and implemented the Schoolwide Study Skills Program in
academic institutions throughout the United States and Canada
